 Are you an early riser? 

If so the lunchbar option could well suit you.  Typically lunchbar operators are early to bed and early to rise.  Food is generally more simple in style.  But more and more we are seeing this style of business grow in style and product mix.  More requirements to maintain clean and safe food premises with Health Plans required by local councils has lifted the standard overall which is pleasing to see.

Lunchbars - we cannot get enough of these businesses.  Highly sought after especially those with sales of $10,000 plus per week. Cost of sales is generally higher than a cafe, but to the contrary usually wages will be less.  Trading hours typically say 5.30 am to 3 pm.  Any that trade only 5 days a week are very well sought after.  Lunchbars are great!
